What makes the BS in Environment & Sustainability Different

Study science, policy, and justice together—not in silos. With this joint degree from the College of Arts & Sciences and Georgetown’s Earth Commons Institute, students start on Georgetown’s Hilltop campus, transition to the Capitol Campus in downtown DC, then explore environmental immersions around the world! Fieldwork, research, and real-world projects built into your experience help you become career-ready for roles across policy, consulting, the corporate sector, governments, nonprofits, and sustainability-focused initiatives.
